Steel pipe and cold-formed section steel

Alloy steel and low alloy steel
The ploughshares, disc harrows, cultivator hoes and blades of harvesters and shearing machines made of alloy steels such as manganese steel, silicon-manganese steel, nickel-chromium steel, chrome-molybdenum steel and chrome-manganese steel have good wear resistance. The deep well pump shaft and sprayer parts made of low alloy steel containing chromium, nickel, copper, titanium and rare earth elements have high corrosion resistance. Bimetallic composite steel with wear-resistant steel or corrosion-resistant steel as the surface material or coating layer is also an important material for manufacturing agricultural machinery.
Cemented carbide
Surfacing a layer of cemented carbide on the surface of parts such as ploughshares, cultivator hoes and harvester blades can increase the service life of these parts exponentially.
Special cast iron
Plow side plates made of spherical graphite manganese cast iron, feed pelletizing machine die made of bainite borated ball rotary tiller parts, feed crusher hammer made of strong white cast iron, share and rotary tiller machetes made of pearlite malleable cast iron, and pump impellers made of boron cast iron, etc. Under the condition of ensuring the necessary strength and toughness, it has high wear resistance.
Powder metallurgy material
The use of powder metallurgy materials to manufacture agricultural machinery gear and other complex parts, can replace some cast steel or cast iron parts. The oil bearing made of powder metallurgy porous material has better anti-friction effect and self-lubricating performance.
